Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on ShobBD.

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or the support ticket system with your order number, or cancel directly from your order history in your account if the option is available.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse delivery, or you can request a return once the product is received, following our Return Policy.

Order Cancellation by ShobBD: We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as the product being out of stock, an issue with the payment, an error in pricing or product details, or if we are unable to deliver to your address. If we cancel your order, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

Refund for Cancelled Orders: For orders paid online, the refund is processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, no charge applies since payment had not yet been made.
