Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from ShobBD. If something is not right, our Return Policy makes it easy to send it back.

Return Window: You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items such as innerwear, personal care products, and baby diapers cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective. Proof of purchase, such as the order invoice or order number, is required for all returns.

How to Return: Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or the support ticket system with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, our delivery partner will collect the item from your address, or you may be asked to send it to our office in Dhaka.

Inspection and Approval: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the return meets our policy conditions, we will proceed with a refund or exchange as requested.

Exchange: If you would like a different size, color, or product instead of a refund, let us know when requesting your return and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
