This Shipping Policy explains how ShobBD processes and delivers your orders across Bangladesh.

Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver nationwide across Bangladesh, including Dhaka and other major cities and districts.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time: Orders inside Dhaka are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Orders outside Dhaka are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or remote locations.

Delivery Charge: Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the size or weight of your order, and will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp, and you can also track your order status from your account on our website.

Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient could not be reached, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Orders that remain undelivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us.
